Agile development of business processes
- easy to draw a process map - easy to design WEB forms - easy to run as a WEB application
Drawing a process map is easy. If you roughly know what steps you need to complete in your process, you just draw a sequence of boxes to illustrate in what order they should be completed. You put labels inside the boxes to give names to the steps, and add descriptions on what should be done at each step. Naturally, you can play around with your drawing after the first sketch, move around boxes, delete some of them or add new ones.
Your map is ready to be shared with others with a touch of a button.
You can test run your map on old, fictional, or real process cases in real-time. iPB coordinates all people engaged in a test run, even if they do not share the same office space. Each test run is saved in a database and all actions undertaken in it can be traced and analyzed later.
You are fully satisfied with your map and want to get a web-based application that helps you and your colleagues to run the processes according to your map. With iPB, you need only three additional steps:
Your web application is ready for launching
